 Dining out days are numbered
We went to Outback Steakhouse last night, I think our going out to dinner nights are numbered. I got us a table in the bar because it's first come first serve and you get better service around 5:30. Anyway, discovered at Brooma Grill that the high tables and chairs are easier for mom to get on and off of vs. a booth or regular table and chairs, she can't get up without my help anymore.

Anyway, we're on our way to the table and a young lady stops us and points out the available booth, I thanked her and told her it was easier on mom at the high table. Then the waiter comes up and says the same thing, I gave him the same answer.

We ate a great meal and got ready to leave. Mom got down off the stool fine, but if I hadn't been there in front of her, she was going face down. I'm sure people thought she was drunk, but she didn't even finish her first drink. She's just really unsteady on her feet.

The Second New night sitter came last night, really sweet, not positive, but I think it's Michelle. Anyway, mom got up with her 5 times for the potty. She'd had a pepsi around 4 and the half a drink around 6, nothing else, go figure.........

Mom has a form of Dementia called Lewy Body Disease. It's all described in one of my earlier blogs. She's fairly normal one day, then can wake up and think she's a werewolf or in the Civil War. Very very strange.
