A few nights ago, The lord wakes me up at 3am as he has been doing alot lately and put on my heart that i need to share my stories with as many people as i can. writing a book is very heavy on my heart, but i have no idea where to begin. so starting off i thought about blogging, I have never done it so will see....
Today is a NEW day! I have heard so many great things about the Mangosteen fruit over the years but never tried it. I have been so sick with Crohn's the last few months i am at my end and will try anything about now. Which is sad because why wait this long...Today i will try taking 1 teaspoon of Xango juice the benefits sound amazing. I am still sticking to a basic diet, no fatty, fried foods, lean meats, no pork or red meats, and no processed foods. It is so hard to cut out processed foods because they are so convenient, but they are conveniently killing my family. As all parent know we put our children before us, so it seems i have no time for me let alone my health! Well when i was in the hospital missing my little ones so much i realized i am NOT doing the best i can for my boys because without being healthy i am so limited of what i can do for them and with them. This has to stop here! The lord gives us so many resources to live a happy healthy life, we are just caught in the world of NO TIME and living in fast pace.
I have so much on my mind, until next time...
Lord i ask you to bless who ever is reading this. Bring them much peace about what they are worrying about and helping them understand that we are not in control. You are! I thank you lord for the many possibilities you give us. and for your unconditional love, Bless us lord and give us Great Health! Amen!
