| Big Bear Snowboarding Trip

Friday night we drove up to Big Bear to meet up with some co-workers and their friends for a day of snowboarding. It was an interesting ride up let me tell you. First of all I had to plead with S to come with me. She wasn't going to go because of something I said about plans with hanging with a friend of hers. Deep down I wanted her to go and not to go hang with her friend. After S said yes we began rushing to get things done. S didn't like to feel rushed so she was grouchy. After we left her house we had to stop by and get chains for the truck, and then some pants for her to wear in the snow. It took us about an hour to find some pants. She wasn't happy either with the whole buying pants because she wanted something she'd wear always and they didn't have much of a selection left. I told S she didn't have to go if she really didn't want. I wasn't going to make her. I mean I would of been bummed if she decided not to go anymore! She was still grouchy but decided to still go. Once that was done, we went to go pick up Shorty since she was on the way to my house. When we got to my house I was fast other then the fact that I had to play vallet parker. I had to more 3 cars just to get the 1 I needed to take up to the mountain. After that we were on our way to pick up L. Before we got her though we went to get food. Once we were all packed up and eating at L's house we hit the road. It wasn' t that bad of a drive. When we got up the mountain was a different story. We saw a bunch of people pulled over putting on their chains so we followed. Of course none of us has done this before and we're a car full of girls. No one offered to help us either. It's ok! We did it on our own an hour later and trying 4 times. I got a little fustrated because Shorty and L didn't really do anything. It's ok though! S helped me out a lot and she did most of it. I felt kind of bad but I was impressed! DANG! Once we got the chains on we continued up the mountain. LOL! I caused traffic because I could only go 20-25 mph. Needless to say, in the long run it didn't matter because we were in traffic the rest of the way up the mountain. We didn't get to our motel until almost 2. We were suppose to meet up with the other people but we were all too tired. Ken texted in the morning about meeting up later. We started to get ready and that took a while too. All good! We ate, rented equipment for cheap, and headed to the trails. We had to park far and take a train thing up there. When we got there we just happen to run into Ken. We didn't really chill though. He did his own thing and I pretty much taught L, Shorty, and S how to ride. I'm not a very good teacher but they had fun and grasped enough to ride. It was a very entertaining day for me!  After a day in the snow we returned the rentals, and went to go meet up with our co-workers. We chilled at their cabin for a good while. We all got drunk and stoned which was fun. Sucked though because we had to leave to go back home. I had work in the morning and was being responsible!  L and Shorty had fun getting hit on by 2 boys who were trying really hard to get some. I think most of the boys who were talking to the girls were trying to get some. Anything for that matter. There weren't really any girls at the cabin and the ones that were therer were taken. LOL! S was talking to this guy who's cabin we were at. You could tell he liked her. It was cute! I was kind of in my own world trying to sober up in general for the drive home. Everyones parents were calling worreid because the storm was coming in that night. It started sprinkling and I finally got them all to leave. After driving for a while and it almost being one, I couldn't go anymore. I had to pull over and park for a little and get some rest. I was starting to doze at the wheel and that's not cool! NO BUENO! After taking a quick power nap I continue to drive home. We finally got to L's house, and her and Shorty left. I ended up crashing at S's house of course because I had work in a matter of hours. Once we got in I changed and went to bed. Once I was on the bed I was out.
My alarm went off for me to get ready for work. I was so not feeling it! I didn't want to get up and I don't know how I got up! I said by to S and as I was leaving she told me to wait because she didnt' have any pants on. Then she paused and realized she was wearing a long shirt and that's why she didn't have pants on. It was funny! LOL! Work was a drag! Thank goodness I had a short shift! When I got off I went back to S's house and crashed out for a little. Her plans got canceled and we ended up chilling the rest of the day. We hand lunch with her Dad, cleaned out my mom's car, went to my house so I could get a few things, and then went bowling. Bowling was fun! I hadn't bowled in a while. We got some beers and the bar guy was hitting on S. It was funny! It wasn't a big deal to me. I mean people hit on her a lot from what I've seen. She's a cutie and I know it and she should know it! I'm used to people I'm with getting hit on and not me. Whatever! We meet some college baseball kids who were looking for something to do when we were getting ready to leave. They were surprised to find out we were gay and one of them wanted to see us kiss. NOPE! The other guy was pretty cool and really nice. He asked for our numbers in case we were able to chill or something. I gave him mine because I figured I had a lot single girl friends who would probably go out with them or even my guys friends to chill. After that we left and went to go see the L Word. Of course I was craving pizza so we had to go get some on the way home.
All in all I had a good weekend! I had fun with S and my co-workers!
Ken came into work today and was telling me what we missed when we left the cabin this weekend. He said one of the guys almost had a heartattack and the ambulence came. Then he was telling me how funny it was to see all his friends hitting on L, Shorty and s. He was telling me his friend who was talking to S was mad that Ken didn't tell him that she and I n't find out till S told him I guess. Ken of course asked me if S was my gf. I told him no and we're just seeing each other. He was just like "ya my buddy was digging her and was trying to get with her till he found out she was gay." He was all bummed! I just sort of laughed. Then there was the 2 guys hitting on Shorty and L. They had no game! The lines they were using were funny!
So now here I am in S's room waiting for her to get out of the shower. I just got off of work. I need to shower too and go to the bathroom. *sigh* I figured I'd write on here since it's been a while. So this is the update so far. I'll probably be writing another poem again soon. Not sure when. Whenever it comes to me again.
