| where are the interesting people?
I like to talk. I also like to listen. The best way to learn about the world! I talk to people standing in line at the grocery store, often looking in their cart or basket and asking them about items that I have never tasted or don't know how to prepare. I love international markets and go to them wherever I may be traveling, home or abroad. I love to learn and feel there is no ending to learning. But I especially like to learn about people...how they live everyday life, especially when they are home and in their own space.
I have also learned that when people are anonymous they say and do things they would normally not do, which is why I don't believe everything I read. Security officers become detectives, lunchroom cooks become trained chefs, 40 year old married men become 30 year old single men, 250 pound women become 150 pound women. Life gets exaggerated. Knowing that, I consider chatting with people online (and, now, reading their blogs), cheap entertainment.
Let me entertain you!

I used to like to talk to people till I run into a lot of fakes then don't talk to many anymore, talk to more in person then online, & nothing wrong with learning something new I do all the time, guess it don't matter how old you are for that. Have a Great Day!!

What is the point of anonymity if you are not truthful then? I am, what you don't see is what you get!

I don't understand the need to be someone you are not either. For me, what you see (or don't see) is what you get 100% of the time. Deal with it!
