This is my first post. Tonight, I am just sitting here wishing that my husband will change his mind and come home and be with me. Instead this is one of his off days, and he just left to have a drink with a couple of his friends. Why does he have to leave when I have this pulsating feeling and overwhelming urge to be with him? He will probably say all I had to do was tell him. We've been together since high school, hello can't you read my mind by now? Or did you notice when you kissed me that, I kissed you longer, pulled you closer and held you tighter. Why can't men see those signs? All we have to see is a bulge and we know what time it is, and his eyes, God his eyes have so much passion in them, when he wants me. Where was that damn passion at tonight? |

You will be there when he gets home. Men need friends. You need friends. You need a hobby that makes your passions soar. You need to show him that he's important (and read my other response about the sex because that's a huge part of men's thinking) but that he's not being smothered. Men love to feel the chase unfortunately too. Being too available makes you dull. Unavailable means he'll go elsewhere. But.. loving when you're together and not waiting by the phone all the time is a good balance.
YOu are lucky; I hope you stay married forever.
