 HOLY CRAP! AN UPDATE!
I apologize first off for my bloggig being so slow, but my work schedule has kept me out of Azeroth apart from farming. God, this is getting annoying.

Anyways, last weekend we stepped into Tempest Keep. They Eye. For those of you who don't know this is one of the Tier 2 raids for Burning Crusade, of which there are two. The Eye, and Serpent Shrine Cavern (Which we are doing ~sigh~ this weekend).

As a matter of progression and a gear check, most guilds take the trash and then go on to Void Reaper then back to Al'ar. But, we're Grim Legion, and we're crazy bastards. So we walked in, Guild Leader, Winderhunter, flipped the bird the bird and said "Hey you. Birdie. Come get us." And so he tried. And he failed.

It took us a few attempts to get it down right, but man, once we did...it was great. Our Guild First kill, and it polevaulted us into 10th place on the server for Horde Guilds. That's right. In your face whoever we knocked out. So that was fun, and I even got the first piece of loot. That made me smile. First guild kill, first Paladin Healer, first piece of lootz. It was the Paladin trinket, and man is it awesome. It has a chance to increase my spell and healing power by 270 for 15 seconds. This is great, but adds more threat. Oh well.

So, the next night, I wasn't in the raid, due to the possibility of a thunderstorm in my area, and already nasty lag. Lag as a healer can get your people killed. So, the guild bravely ventured forth without me. Prompting several tells of dismay from some of my closer friends and co-healers. (Namely Kekoa, Sheripiari and the ever graceful, ever friendly Svelvet.) And our Healing Leader aswell wasn't overly happy. But, these things happen. I passed out shortly there after watching the West Wing and pouting.

I feel absolutely horrible when this sort of thing happens. The exhaustion from raiding I can deal with. But when I can't go on a raid, and I'm as tired as I am these days, I secretly feel glad, because it gives me time to catch up on my zzz's. See, I don't sleep well to begin with. I'm 21 years old, and already have the onset of arthritis due to a former career as a rower. I was hard on my body. As long as you row, you're fine. But stop and you fall apart. My knees and back are a mess especially.

Infact, as I write this, my right knee is in excruciating pain due to the damp weather moving in. I'll have to take some arthritis medication when I get home. Which annoys me a great deal.

So, back to the story. Off my friends trot into TK to smack Kael and his friends around. And man..did the SMACK them. Both Void Reaper and Solarian down. SMACK! Two more first kills, grats to My Boss for the new T5 shoulders.

For the record My Boss is Sistajuju, Boss is Skindancer and Big Boss is Windhunter.  If you get the reference, congrats, if not...well you can't really call yourself a gamer without every playing Metal Gear Solid I think.  At first Skin took umbrage to being called Boss, he thought I was being sarcastic. Which is resonable, given some of the idiots, twits, morans are jackasses that I've seen pass through our guild.

I'm thinking of a certain Elemental Shaman and Undead Warrior at the moment. Especially the warrior. But ESPECIALLY the Shaman.

Anyways, SSC tomorrow night. I'm not a fan of this dungeon, but I like being with my friends, and I like phat lootz. And we're on Leotheras the Blind. WOOT!  If I needed my T5 gloves, I'd be excited. But I may not take them due to having the arena equivelent. Well, whatever. We'll see. Oh and Gruul and Mag's. That's fun too. I don't really need anything from there, but I'd like the Hammer of the Naaru from High King. So..that's always fun.
