Been there, done that and still didn't get a t-shirt. I was fortunate that I don't have to go to the doctor per say. I just email in my status checks once a month and the doc just plays with my meds accordingly. It has helped. I couldn't have gotten through the past couple of months if it didn't.

Is it a medical cure though? I still have thoughts. I'm still not as happy as I want to be but part of that is the mess that I got myself in. But, I do know with the combination of the drugs it is helping.

Maybe you can find a doctor that you don't have to open up to like that for a while. It's worth a shot. Good luck.
