You must first find your calm and reach inside.

Quietly and patiently

Wait for your "Spirit" to answer you

The "Inner" you will speak

But only when you find the time to Quietly Listen..

And when you have listened to your "Spirit" and found your Inner Strength again....

Go the distance..
