Men in drag on 2007-10-31 12:26:04 |
|
I think its weird how guys dress in drag any day. I think some of them dress in drag for different reasons on halloween. Maybe some of them do want to dress in drag every day. Some of them just want to freak other people out. Isn't that what you're supposed to be dressing up for: to freak people out. But I also think that guys in drag is kinda over the limit. That's just what I think so it doesn't matter. I'm not expert and less than a human being.

This Sucks on 2007-10-31 09:46:12 |
|
Sometimes someone who is different can be a good friend to you. You may not hangout or anything that normal friends would do, but you both will find some common ground where you can maintain a friendship.
Yes. High school has a lot of drama to it. When you get to college, it won't be that way too often.
It's good to be forgiving when your friends wrong you. That way, you become the good guy and it's up to them to apologize and become good guys as well.
I don't like to listen to gossip so when I do hear it, I walk away without comment to show that I disapprove of it, even when it's true. I prefer people to face-up to the ones they are gossiping about.
Sorry to sound like I'm preaching to you. This is just my opinion on your entry.
I encourage you to share your thoughts, even when I (or others) might disagree with them. It helps both ways.
Have a nice day, Jasmine16.

At my church, we are having a trunk or treat night. It's where people park their cars and leave the trunks open with candy inside for the kids to get when they visit the cars.
I'll be a security guy with a flashlight to keep an eye on the kids so that none of them run off onto the main road.
You have a Happy Halloween too!!

I've seen a movie of Don "the Dragon" Wilson. I've also seen the covers of other movies that he's starred in. He's one of those big b-movie action stars. He'll probably be used as a measuring stick for future b-movie action stars.
I've caught a glimpse (just a glimpse) of the Highlander TV series in one episode. If it has any relation to the movies of the same name, then I'd like to see a few episodes just to get a feel of what the show is like.
I find it hilarious how you would bother to do reviews for movies you dislike. You're a great information source for BOMB movie fans.
* I got the term "BOMB" from a movie guide where the critic used it to describe movies that were badly done.

So far, I've had dogs, cats, fish, tadpoles, toads, ducks, and a guinea pig for pets. If I was to have another pet, it would be a fish in a bowl or a guinea pig. They're small and won't cause me too much trouble, though a guinea pig can be messy. Nice blog entry.

The somewhat same thing happens to me too. I get a song stuck in my head that I hardly even know except for the two or one line and half the chorus tune. But it feels great when I finally hear the full version on the radio or computer.
I agree with what you said about music bands. Their music changes. Sometimes I think it's peer pressure from the popular groups. They want to go with the flow and follow the crowd.

But when we get to heaven, we will know everything we ever wanted to know by His power. My question would then be irrelevant.

I'm sorry that you have to go through all these experiences. Reading this makes me feel guilty about being a guy. Very true. Sometimes we just care about ourselves. I'll admit that I'm not such a saint myself. I have met a lot of college girls that don't want to get involved in relationships. I've tried eight times and have been rejected on all counts. I feel bad about myself but I just have to admit that now is probably not the time for me.

I'm not a fan of the Harry Potter movies or books. I've watched a few of the movies and have not read any of the books. But the fact that so many people like the books probably means that the author J.K. Rowling is doing an awesome job in her writing the stories. This Harry Potter craze reminds me of the Star Wars craze some years ago.

Hi, Phil. This site is where you can share your thoughts with others. Sometimes I use it as an online diary where I record interesting things that happened to me during the day. Sometimes I use it as a stress relief where I can admit all my problems and sometimes I get help from other bloggers. You are allowed to comment and rate your own blog entries. You can only rate one time for each entry. Others can also view your blog (that's what I'm doing right now), comment on, and rate it. Don't expect everyone to have a nice attitude towards you. Although so far, everyone who has commented on my blogs has not used a negative tone. You can also view other blogs, comment on, and rate them. I would suggest that you upload a picture for your profile. It helps to identify you and differentiate from other bloggers. There is also a discussion forum where people discuss certain topics. If you have any more questions, send me an email.

Someone please tell me why? on 2007-10-17 05:20:34 |

Many guys have their own preferences. Some find skinny disgusting while other are attracted to skinny women. Some (like me) are more attracted to women of a different race just because of their skin color. Some like a bit of fat for comfort. Some would like a girl just because of her brains or personality. This may also sound stupid, but I get turned on when a white girl walks a certain way.
I don't think it's wrong for a guy not to be attracted to a woman because of certain physical characteristics. We all judge what we would want for us by a certain criteria.
But I think it's wrong to make fun of or think evil or look down on of women because of their physical appearance.

Good for you. The same thing is happening to me. I'm attending college and I find myself coming out of the shell. I'm more outgoing and I'm not so afraid anymore to ask girls out. When I say girls, I mean white girls. This is totally unheard of. I don't think my mother would be proud. Thanks, pal.

It surprises me how the shops bring Christmas earlier and earlier every year.
They're totally ruining the season by expanding it's time length.
Can't they wait until next month? I guess not.

Wow! Nice of you to be there in a foreign land. I know exactly how those kids feel like.
I come from a third world country and missionaries are probably the kindest people that third world children will ever meet in their entire childhood.
The school I went to was a mission-run school and our principals would always be hired from the USA to administer the school.
It's because of missionaries that I am now in America and attending college. I thank God for all this.
Thanks for posting this.

Wow! Hello, shell47! Nice to meet an Aussie. I feel more at home now. I'm from Papua New Guinea, just north of your country.
We're the guys that go crazy and kill each other over the State of Origin games even though they aren't even held in PNG.
I too hate it when people say they're going to do something and don't do it. Especially, when they're all hyped up about it and excited. Nothing happens and you get angry because it's someone else's fault.
That's why I like to keep to myself. All I ever do these days is go on the internet and do weird fun stuff.
There are reliable people around. If only people could be tagged with stickers that say "reliable" and "unreliable". Hahahahaha! That would be fun.

I only read the first paragraph and the top of the second, but...
You've just given me a revelation that I seriously needed. Thank you thank you! Now I want to kick myself over and over again and not stop.
I've been running after white girls, thinking that a relationship with the opposite sex will bring an end to all my emotional problems. But thanks to you, now I see that I was totally wrong.
I received spiritual advice from my friends and guardians but you have given me some very important practical advice that is really true in the real world: jealousy once she leaves you and becomes someone else's girl.
I will stop asking girls out. I will stick to myself and be weird and have weird fun.
Thanks thousand times, Jester21199

Definitely talk to your Mom.
BUT if she is the type that doesn't relate to her children well then don't.
Ask a good Christian friend about this. If you have a church near you, then ask the pastor about this issue.
That's all the advice I can give.
Don't think of me as a saint, please. I'm currently struggling with depression, laziness, gluttony (too much junk food), and a pornography addiction.
Thanks for considering this and thanks for seeking advice. I know this might not be what you would like to hear, but I'm giving it anyway.

How much is an hour of your time worth? on 2007-10-11 13:01:40 |
|
I just read the heading and the first sentence in this entry. My time isn't worth much to other people but it is very valuable to me. Sounds selfish, but that's the way it is. I'm always ready to help.
I just don't want someone to ask me if I'm busy. That just ticks me off. I wish they could just call me and say "hey, can you help me with this?" Then I will see what I can do without having to kill that hate demon inside of me.
Hate demon is that feeling of frustration when things aren't going my way. I'd rather be happy to do something to help someone else rather than have to fight this demon first and then help. It's really hard for me.

Very informative as always, CavedogRob. I watched the first Captain America movie when I was a kid and then watched it again in my early teens.
I enjoyed it because I was just a kid then, but now I might be bored as well. However, I am a b-movie fan so I still might want to watch the sequel.
I don't watch a lot of foreign films, but when glancing through my movie/video guide, I always catch one of these reviews. I am surprised by these reviews because a lot of these foreign films actually got good ratings from American film critics.

At a loss... on 2007-10-08 06:00:53 |
|
Oh my sweet sister! I can't imagine the pain you're going through right now. I've never been through that before so I can't tell you what it might be like.
Right now I'm busy flirting with too many girls and I don't think I'm taking any of them seriously. I guess I'm just waiting for one of them to tell me "Hey, I want to be your girlfriend." Then I'll stop the flirting and take that that one.
Sad to say that right now I am treating this like a game. This might be a sin; I don't know. I'm just trying to let you into the mind of a 20 year old male looking for girls (that's just me. I don't know about other guys).
I don't think your boyfriend should be doing this with another single woman. It's very easy to be mislead/seduced by your own feelings or by the woman. (I'm speaking from my personal point of view).
You must talk to your parents about this. This is where they can be a big help. If you respect them so much, you will seek their advice.
I would also encourage you to seek out God either by praying to Him or reading the Bible, even if you don't believe in Him. He totally loves new people and He cares a lot about everything you worry about even things that you don't.
I would also talk to your boyfriend (if I were you) and tell him how I feel about the whole thing. If he dismisses this as a tiny worry problem and still goes on with this plan, you should politely let him go. (Remember! This is my personal opinion. I'm not an expert. I'm a looser who's never had a girlfriend).
I don't think I would go on a trip alone with another girl (single or not). I would not trust myself. I am the weirdest person in the world and I am a total failure in this kind of thing.
I have been trying to get a girlfriend and have asked out certain girls. All four girls that I asked out, rejected me because I had certain issues like impatience (I guess its a guy thing).
Since I am a lunatic with these problems, you probably should think hard before you heed any of my advice. But I am speaking to you from the bottom of my heart. This is the kind of advice that I would give to my very own sister (I have four of them).
God bless you sister, and have a nice day.

Who decides what is acceptable? on 2007-10-04 07:39:14 |

I think there has to be a line drawn between what is acceptable not acceptable. Some of the movies here in the U.S. are rated PG-13 but have nudity or sexual scenes that appear faster than a parent or child can change the channel. Once the image has been caught by the human eye, there is certainly considerable damage done. Some people seek religion to repair themselves from these damages, while some people have nothing so their minds are ruined.
