| The Way (I Wish) We Were...

Okay, so imagine there were two people. One boy and one girl. Who did not know each other who did not even live in the same city. In fact they lived on seperate sides of the world. What if someone told you these two people were made for each other? Would you believe them?
Well I'm telling you they are. Even thought they have not met, nor will they ever, they are still made for each other. These two individuals were litterally created to be together, but something went terribly wrong.
See they were meant to be placed both in the (relatively) small town of Nundle in New Wouth Wales, Australia. Yet one of them somehow ended up in New York. That's right, THE New York city. New York, New York, United States. Pretty much as far as you can get from small town, made of nothing, Nundle.
By some strange stroke of luck, that could only have been cause by the love of a guardian angel, the posh little city girl ended up moving to... Nundle. I know it sounds cliche but from the minute I saw her, I knew. I knew she was the one I wanted. Since that one moment. That one moment that she looked at me, all it took was one meager passing glance that said it all, I've know that she is the one I want to be with forever.
Oh and if you haven't figured it out by now, that boy is me. The one who lives in middle of nowhere Nundle. This must sound like a bad love story but trust me, it isn't. I just wish it was...
So, ever since I met her, I wish I hadn't. I somehow wish that she could have come along later, or earlier. Because now, I'm not going to be able to do anything for the next two years. Why two years, you may ask? Because that's how long she is staying for. Now these next two year at school are most important, with everything from the HSC to applying to Uni, then from there applying for an internship. Oh and let's not forget that I'm going to Ireland for my gap year. Now, you are bound to understand why each day, I wish that it could have been in two years time that I'd met her not now, not when I don't have the time to fall in love. But I guess falling in love can't be convenient. It's too god damned unpredictable to be convenient.

i understand this. i believe each person has a soulmate that he/she may or may not meet in his/her lifetime. it's how the world is, and its how each person is made. i know the feeling of seeing someone for the first time and readily making up your mind that this person is the one you will love. no matter how things go, this person will always be the one who can make your heart beat faster than the speed of light. ;p

Make the time! You were lucky to find this girl now - make it work. Study, work hard, but love harder.
