Okay so I have come to a small delima, well sort of. Okay so not to long ago I decided to check my myspace and what have you. Well I open it up and noticed that one of my friends had added new pictures, well more my niece. Well after seeing I didn't have any messages and there wasn't any important bulletins, I decided to take a look at her photos, I mean I haven't seen her in a while so I just wanted to take a peak. So I click on the pics and began to look through them and they was your typical myspace pics, you know the standing in the mirror ones, well that's what I thought until I started to getting close to the end of the 11 new photos posted. The I mean they was still pics of her in the mirror, but most of the first few was of like her upper chest and above in this little shirt, but then when you get close to the end she's in just her bra and some the pics are taken slightly below her uppper chest. Now I'm little thrown for a loop, cause I mean don't get me wrong I understand she's 15 and I don't think it's to bad that she has a myspace, considering she's never posted anything like to out there, you up until now, but maybe it's me. I mean she's not completely naked, but it's still the fact that she's in her bra taking pics that is bothering me and now I don't really know what to say or do cause I haven't talk to my sister in months, due to bit of a fallout. I mean how do you tell someone who you think is being a bit oblivious about there surroundings and you haven't talked to in awhile that her daughter/ my niece has some pictures that is not so appropriat out on the web. I mean now I don't know whether to tell her or not. Should I sit back and wait to see what happens or should I speak up and say something.
I could really use some comments on this one, so let me know.

Hmmm... its a hard one. If you're not on good terms with your sister she might take it as an attack if you say something. Also, at the age of 15 your neice isn't going to appreciate you going and "dobbing" on her to her mum.
If it were me I would approach the neice - adult to young adult. If you treat her like she is a mature being she is more likely to act like one and appreciate you for it. Maybe you could say something subtle to make her think and maybe take the pics down on her own.
Maybe she put the pics up to get the attention of one of her male friends or something. Perhaps you could have a discussion with her - find out why she thinks its okay and wants to do it. Then explain why you think she shouldn't - thinks like self-respect and getting respect from other people - particularly men. Maybe if its a public profile also remind her gently of undesirable people that could be looking at these photos.
