Craft studio is getting closer to organization
I am pleased to be able to state that after working extremely hard for several days we are getting closer to having the craft room organized.  Closer... still quite a ways to go.  then we have to tackel the attic (which was the former craft room) and bring down what items we want from there and put them in the right places in the craft studio.  In the process of cleaning the craft room now the laundry room and guest room and music studio are in disarray.  We had to put some items in the guest room to make workable space while sorting through the craft room,  also the music studio is holding a few items till we can put it back to rights.  The laundry room isn't too bad, but still has some clothes that I am planning on cutting up and using in my altered couture/ mixed media projects.  Melissa is sorting through all of our paper stash and prettys for that  such as the brads, stickers, stamps, markers, pens, fancy scissors, etc..  etc.  She kept saying today "we have too much stuff!"  lol.   I told her, yeah we do, but that is why we need to get it organized so we can start putting it all to good use.  It takes a lot of different odds and ends to make the creative pieces and altered books, and ATC's that we enjoy making.  I am itching to have the inspiration to come to make some really neat things.  I always like how the stuff kind of creates itself.  I seldom use patterns, and even when i do - they never turn out like I first intended.  Ususally I am well pleased with the final results.  The few times I haven't really liked the stuff I usually just set it aside and see if I like it better later on or alter it into something that I do like.  It is fun to alter, altered art.  LOL.   :>

I am looking forward to getting more stuff made to put in our Lisandlis etsy store and also I plan on joining some swaps on swap-bot.com.    I also want to make a couple of quilts for the missions project in KY.
