 Little Miss Forgetful

Have you ever had a day where you just can't seem to remember anything? Well unfortunately for me, it's been more like a week really.

Today I woke up, finally made it to my 8:00 class on time. (all last week I slept straight through my alarm. but only on monday, wed, and friday....who does that?) So I figured hey, this might turn out to be a good day. When I got out of class I noticed that I had a missed call from a number I didn't know. I immediatedly got excited. The only reason for that is because I entered a sweepstakes to win a car and they are suppose to call sometime this week. So, I anxiously called them back, but only to hear "This is Geico services thanks for calling. please press 1 blah blah blah...."

Now you're probably wondering why I got a call from a car insurance company. Well, 2 weeks ago I was driving along minding my own business, when a freaking lady squeals her tires and swurves into my lane! I turn just in time so I dont get hit, but she scrapes all the way down the side of my car, leaving a dent at the first impact. So, yeah, it would be a call for my junk car as opposed to a new, going green hybrid.

After I realized my luck was still officially nonexistent, I headed back to my room. Well a couple hours later, I realized that I forgot to go to my piano lesson, that I am only able to have once a week. So I had to send my teacher an email telling her how stupid I am and even though it was in my planner, I still forgot.

The day is only half over, I can't wait to see what I forget next.

Did ya ever think of that old saying "you are what you eat"? Or "a rose by any other name smells just as sweet"? Well, the second one really isnt related:P But, the first. You call yourself Miss Forgetful. While it may be true, you might make it only worse by putting it on your desk plate. You know? Its like calling yourself poopy pants. Do you want to be a messy pants person just cuz you had one or two accidents?:P I think not.

I had a thought ages ago and never wrote it down, well I am going to try to write it now. I hope I have not forgotten it completely.

When you get older, you get happier, well, for some people that are older.

Question why does an old person feel happy? Answer; because they do not have to go through everything they have gone through before, again.

Why do older people feel good about themselves? Because, when they look in the mirror they look good, because there eye site is failing, and they cannot see the wrinkles.

Why do older people not listen? because there hearing is not so good, and when you tell them they are getting old they just smile.

Why do older people stay happy? Is because they have forgotten everything that has been said to them about there age.

This is not as good as my original thoughts about memory but it will do for now.
