Hello My Friends,
In the hustle and bustle of today's world, I find myself needing a sanctuary to unwind in and help me to breathe again. I know this is true for most people today. With our busy schedules and family commitments it's not often that we take care of ourselves first, but it is so very important.
With this in mind, I got up early this morning and decided to research some blog servers to start a blog and hoping to do just that -- to take care of some of my inner needs -- a meditation of sorts and a place where I can come to once in a while to find my center again. Perhaps this will become your sanctuary too. And, if that's the case, I welcome you with open arms and wish you all blessings and peace.
Please explore the music I uploaded today - with more to come. I also plan to upload some soothing videos and maybe even a video chat. Of course, you are welcome to write your comments and ask any questions. I'd love to chat about anything that inspires you or answer life questions that perhaps are confusing to you. I don't promise to have the answers, but through this forum, perhaps we can become a community to help and inspire one another.

i am not listening to music as because usually others sounds generally bore me. i mostly listen to music while n the car and then just as a distraction to the back brakes which need to be fixed. i will visit your link but probly after lunch.
i am unwinding from my early morning water pilates workout.
i will be back... your words don't really fit your picture... by the way!
