I dont usual have many of these but when i fo they come at the oddest of times like it puts me into a trance and i neva eva have nice flash backs infact they always seem to be of the same thing and there crippling like i can feel it all over again the worst moment in my life and i always get sucked back to it just when i think i have been doing really well then flash back pops up and knocks me off the rails again i wonder if there is a way of stopping them, im not saying i want to forget about my daughter cause i never will i just wish i didnt get flash backs of giving birth and her lying in my arms it really kills me.afta a flash back thats it for the rest of the day i feel shitty and crap and dont really want to do much!!!! does anyone else have major flasbacks that effect them in that kinda way????
