Nomally, I avoid gyms like the plague, what with the whole place smelling like 900 different types of sweat and all. This is different however, no really it is. My job offered a free gym membership as long as I'm employed by the company, and myself, not one to turn down anything free, reluctantly , accepted the offer. I go every other day though, as doing it everyday wore me out. I usually start off with 10 minutes on the elliptical, then hit the weights for about an hour, then finish up my workout with 20 minutes on the treadmill. I still do my usual weekend mountain biking and hiking jaunts in the hills, but this will help build my endurance and stamina, as well as make me stronger and faster when I do venture into the hills.
