go to a school counselor or someone who can help you.
i've been there myself, and somehow got out of that hole alive. I redirected the pain from emotional to physical, which i'm guessing is what your doing to yourself too.
try and redirect it somewhere good, like art, or music.
just talking to someone you relate to helps alot too.

I always wanted to go to Japan. Thanks for the heads-up about the whole sensing and no-talking thing. I think people over here should just shut up and do it that way... ^^
