I blame, romance novels, movies, music, and tv. This picture of love that the society has painted sucks. It's not true. It's not. The whole time we are out here looking for happy endings, riding along the coast with the top down and sun setting, on some emotional high that quickly lets you down. Cards, candy, flowers, and diamond rings. Yeah ok some may get that... but what's most important is it's hard work. It's sweat, blood, tears, fights, and much more. It's war. Yeah I said it W-A-R!! Im a soldier in loves war, or wait am I a prisoner. Love can make you and it can break you. You can lose your identity in it. It predicts and determines your attitude. Just like one snowflake can shut down an entire school district... one bad relationship can cause others who may do right a hard time. Love is scandalous. It's a word that's just constantly tossed around so freely. Mostly spoken during times of pleasure. SO what is LOVE? If it isnt lying on a white sandy beach watching the crystal waters rise and fall and sipping drinks out of coconuts.. then really what is it?

i think that the character of love changes over the life of a relationship...i guess we hope it's not all downhill...
i mean...i'm a grown man so i'm def not even looking for the same things in a woman that i would have 10 years ago...
i guess it's complicated.

Thats a good question What is LOVE...it sucks the way movies and novel paint this BEAUTIFUL picture but in truth like you said its WAR. Im in Iraq right now fightin this love game and i got my knees shot plenty of times but this ....i digress love sucks and i would like to sue all the novels and moive companys that paint that bs picture

I refuse to say the "L" word. I told "Andrew" that I sincerely adore him, because I do. I think you took the words right out of my mouth. I think "Love" doesn't mean what it should because people use it so freely. I don't believe it should be tossed around like some used beach ball.
