Lynn is cheating on Matt again. She told me over a pork barbeque and some kind of foo foo drink containing vodka. Ok not cheating. Maybe cheated and still trying to cheat is the better description.
Before her class reunion she had gone on and on about the list of hot guys she wanted to hook up with. Yes, Lynn is still married. So off to the reunion she went on the prowl. Did she bag any of the hotties on her list. Why no. She ended up chatting up with some other guy. Funny this guy was so not on the list.
A total geek in High School Lynn didn’t even remember him their senior year. She ended up spending 3 months in the next state over on business. He came up to have dinner with her. He is married with a 5 year old. She is married with a herd of animals. They spent the night in her hotel.
Lynn stayed true to her form. The only thing he got from her- was the pleasure of going down on her. Lynn has never been big on reciprocating. Afterwards he mentioned that he wanted her to meet his son. Lynn freaked out. She told him she had no intention of leaving her husband- and though his son was cute, she didn’t plan on meeting him.
He didn’t call Lynn for awhile. This bothered her. Soon she fished around and found out he had been calling a mutual friend from High School. Another married woman, trying to reel that one in. Lynn was enraged. He was only interested in that other woman- Jan because Jan reminded him of Lynn! Lynn was convinced of this thing.
The cyber stalking ensued. Lynn is worried about her friend Jan. She is concerned that this guy is just playing with her. She is convinced this is all a game for him- he is just a player.
So, to protect Jan. And prove to her that the cheater is bad. Lynn is attempting to lure him into having sex with HER again. To protect Jan.
It’s amazing. They have been out of High School for 30 years.
I hate this for Matt. But I have known Lynn for 20 years- and I have known Matt for 15. If Lynn is trying so hard to cheat on Matt. Then Matt has already been cheating on her with someone else. They have been doing this to each other for years. It is amazing how so much crazy can fit into such small people.
