 My Personal 7Fs goals
Let me share to you my personal goals and it involves 7 Fs, here they are:

Keep the FAITH - because of my very unpredictable schedule, I have missed doing one personal religious practice and that is going to Baclaran church. Yes, I’m a Marian devotee (oops not Marian Rivera). I do the novena of Our Lady of Perpetual Help every Wednesday, but that was few years ago. Baclaran church was my sanctuary then.  Ironically, I find solace there amidst the busy city and despite the multitude of people from all walks of life would come in and out of the church. Hopefully, one of these days, I could find time in my busy sched to visit Baclaran church.

To have more quality time with my FAMILY - Just recently both my parents had health issues. It did not really came as a surprise because as expected, when people get older, they are more prone of having different kinds of ailments especially if you do not take care of your health. Old people are prone to hypertension, bad cholesterol, heart diseases, diabetes etc.. Aside from being physically present for them, I also have to be emotionally and spiritually strong for them. This experience made me realized that my family is far more important than my work… work is just work.

To meet old FRIENDS - Yes, this has been my long time plan to reunite my old friends/barkadas. I just missed them so much and hopefully before the year ends, I could be able to fix our schedules and perhaps meet/dine somewhere. Meeting old friends brings back to me happy memories.

To have FUN and be FITTINGLY healthy and sexy - Admittedly, I’m a sloth when it comes to going to gym. I have tried going to the gym but I really don’t enjoy the idea of making myself tired by lifting those dumbbells and pedaling those stationary bikes. What I intend to do is revive my badminton enthusiasm with my friends. Its like hitting two birds with one stone, I’m having fun at the same time I’m keeping myself fit.

To make a FINANCIAL investment for a bright FUTURE - It doesn’t necessarily mean investing big amounts of money. I’m just planning of having a separate bank account or maybe a time deposit account. Every month I would allot a small portion of my salary to my new account. Then, if my savings is enough I will put up a business. .. As to what business I still don’t know.
