Recently i have come to the conclusion that the world is in balance, and the reason that we are still alive is only because of this fact. Consider this, if we weren't in balance, than somthing incredibly life threatening would be happening at this very moment, right? Or maybe it's a gradual change... maybe some manipulation of nature is in order.
I'm in a class called theroy of knowledge, if by the off chance that anyone has ever heard of it, and for this class I have to make a presentation about a topic of my choice. Last time my friend and I did "What is God", but this time i'm going to do "Is it Ethical to Manipulate Nature?". Two parts of it, nature changes and manipulates on it's own, so ethics isn't a question, or it's unethical.
I get to use my favorite source for anything, radicalist Christian views. As I look into it more, it seems that Christians are the most harmful terrorists and radicals the world has to offer. I can see here in the States that radicals are the most dangerous, the most outspoken, but that's the deal with any radical you deal with. A radical cheesecake lover could kill you over a piece of cheesecake. I can understand why, cheesecake is delicious, and if you believe in it that much, why not kill over it?
Speaking of radical christians, i'm going to the creation museum soon. It should prove to be an... enightening experience. My most recent girlfriend was a hardcore christian, and I was surprised whne she was fine with the fact that I was christian anymore, btu that's beside the point. Her father took a "science behind creationism " course in college...

He did explain some of the things he learned, and i wanted to tell him that he should get his money back for how contradictory it is. He said that the dust on the moon was only 2000 years old. Ok, it could be that old, doesn't really prove much besides that dust has been there for 2000 years (I have dust on my cabinets for a month ago, doesn't mean that the cabinets are a year old.) But then some creationists believe that carbon dating is wrong...
How can you use something for one thing, but not the other?
It doesn't matter really, whatever you want to believe, I just might believe something else.
Manipulation usually has a negative tone ot it, that's why i chose to use it as the title of my first blog. But, manipulation comes from the latin for hand, to change with your hands. People should consider that everything done with hands is a manipulation.
