Logical thinking in a world that seem's to have LO
This happens to me all the time I will be laying down to go to bed at night and all of a sudden I'll come up with a great blog idea that keeps me up half the night writing it.

My loving Husband just recently told me about this story that he had heard in the news or somthing like that, the story is that in certian parts of the united states they are making it a law that your dog IS NOT aloud to be TIED UP in your back yard...before I even go into this story I must ask....WHAT IN HEAVEN ARE THEY THINKING!

Supposedly tying your dog up in your yard angers them, the story begins there was this boy playing ball outside, he lost the ball in the neighbors yard so he did the logical thing and hopped the fence to go get it and was allegedly mauled. I sympathize for the boy and his family, but with all due respect it wasent entirely the dogs fault. He hopped the fence without permission from the owners, the dog probibly thought that it was doing the right thing by protecting its home. The boy should have known better than to do that. As I said I am truly sorry for the boy and I may be a little biass.....I had a Husky when I was younger her name was Nakita, she was the sweetest dog ever but if she didn't know you she was very protective of the family, one day in late evening Nakita was eating the family was in the house our neighbor Jasmin came over and desided that with noone else around she was going to go over and pet Nakita because normally she was a very sweet dog, she bit Jasmin because one, it was dusk, two she didnt know Jasmin that well and three least important Nakita was eating at the time. Because of this insident it was decided by the courts that MY DOG had to be put to sleep, for what reason? PROTECTING HER FAMILY!

Now I am wondering why these....people.....who desided that making it a law that your dog cannot be tied up in your yard, I am wondering how they think that having your dog loose in the yard will stop these random acts caused by HUMAN ERROR. We currently have three dogs living in our house right now, and we dont tie them up because we dont need to all three of them are little dogs I think the biggest one might come just below my knee. The worst thing that they would do to anyone is jump up on them to say hello...and the worst thing that would come of that is that they might get a little muddy, but like I was saying we don't tie them up because we don't have to but what if...what if you have a big dog like Nakita who has to stay outside most of the time, and is a little over protective of the family, what if another child looses a ball over our fence or if someone comes to our house to visit us who this dog doesen't know very well...HOW IN HECK IS LETTING IT RUN FREELY AROUND THE YARD! GOING TO STOP IT FROM ATTACKING THESE PEOPLE! LETS USE OUR BRAINS! The people who make these laws.....is there somthing mentally wrong with them? If you can explane this to me I would love to know, I am open to suggestions.
