I did not post a blog on Friday due to unforseen parties.

Anyways, here is my blog post.
Police arrested Richard "Rikki Rockett" Ream, drummer of the popular
'80s band, Poison, on Monday in Los Angeles LAX Airport on charges of
rape. A Mississippi woman, who is from Neshoba County, filed a
complaint that Ream allegedly raped her at the Silver Star Casino in
Philadelphia on Sept. 23, 2007.
Ream was taken into custody and brought to the Los Angeles County
Jail and was booked on a felony fugitive sexual assault charge.
According to the complaint, "The subject, Rikki Rockett, forcibly had
sex with an adult in one of the hotel rooms." Ralph Sciple, Neshoba
County sheriff's investigator, said that the woman claims she met
Rockett at the hotel's casino and that he raped her in his hotel
room. They released him the following day because Mississippi law
enforcement did not want to extradite him until they had official
charges from the Neshoba County district attorney. Authorities said
that Ream did not have a criminal background.
He was not scheduled to perform at the casino and Sciple refused to
discuss any further details of the alleged sexual assault. He did
make the comment, "He registered at the casino as Minskoff." The
reason for using a false name remains unclear.
Poison was formed in 1984 and was originally known as the band,
Paris. They signed a recording contract with Enigma Records in 1986.
Their first album, "Look What the Cat Dragged In," was an instant
success. There were 2 million copies sold within a year following
the release of the album.
