You mean to say what
(1) assigns value to variable
Or
(2) Prepares whole equation –as you have written declares and assigns value to CONSTANT and variable
I was just trying to understand the logical flow ;)

Do you get a panel of keys saying B or I or U and also showing dropdown for font size that only you will find an option saying T click there and choose the color ____ it’s so obvious or there might be some issue in your PC setting
