| Another Goodbye, will it ever stop? |
And yet another sad goodbye.
I am so very tired of cancer winning. It is a disease that knows no boundaries. It doesn't matter if you are rich,poor,young,old,well read,illiterate,fat,thin,pretty, ugly,male or female, cancer takes them all.
Some fight the good fight and still they lose.There are those who simply live the last of their days loving and caring rather than hurting from the devastating therapies.
I am not forgetting the survivors for I know them as well. They went to war and lived but, not without the battle scars that goes with the territory.They live on, though with a different respect for life and they watch and guard for the disease to come back.
He lost his valiant battle last night and we lost an actor and dancer who carried us away to other worlds. She lost a friend and husband. He lost a brother.
When and where you can please help the fight against this cruel disease.
Goodbye Patrick Swayze, thank you for the wonderful hours you transported us in your movies and dance. Rest peacefully and know you won't be forgotten.
