Hey hey folks, sorry about the extended silence, I`m in Edinburgh, looking for a job, living in a flat with my best mate, Robert`s here, yaaay! Excellent guitar day and night, just what I need, we don`t have furniture yet but the place already feels like home, now if i could only find a job, rats!
I`m slowly learning my way about although admittedly i got lost on the way to sainburies, :D
I got extramoney in my final paycheck from the primary school job so I ain`t massively panicked but i don`t think I`ll be able to completely relax until I`m employed, Soo happy though, my family are over a hundred miles away, finally! Hey I can do what I want, I went to see Orkestra de Sol on friday night, they were frakkin amazing, you would not believe, |I danced like anutter, they really got me going which normally is quite difficult, I`m just so goddam happy since I left my parents house, I feel at home here, young free and confident, :P
Wentout last night lso, with SA and Robert, we hung around in the parks, totalled 2 bottles of wine and made merry, got in around midnight and stayed up for a while longer, I had complaints from the neighbour this morning because apparently the guitar was too loud so I smoothed that over, -pats self on the back/head- I`m on her good side, hello diplomatic self, this is a new side to me I didn`t even know existed,
Still sitting in my happy bubble, but I don`t keep wondering when/if it will burst, I`m juwst enjoying the ride, I don`t miss my family, I do miss my friends, everything is golden and the way it should be, apart from being unemployed.....trying for a job in real foods though which would be great if i got, if you ever went or have been into real foods you would understand, the place has that kind of atmosphere that i love, plus it smells great.
