I watched the rebroadcast of the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks.  It was strange, people on the news acted American, haven't seen that in six years.  No one hated the president, or carried fake coffins throught the streets either.  In the Middle East though, the party just got started; they passed out candy, of course shot guns in the air, and were just generally having a good time.

WHY?  Those people celebrated because America the Country was attacked, and its people were being murdered.  The government would'nt immediately admit the attack was committed by Islamic Radical's, but the Palestinians seemed to know?  Where all those people celebrating radicals? no.  Celebrating mass murder must be one of those friendly loving Islamic customs us barbarbarians in the west can't understand.  How would you feel if someone in your family was killed, and your neighbors had a party because of it?  Well if i believed we were a global community, Palestinians are really mean spirited neighbors.  If they could collectively afford a plane ticket to America they would be terrorists too, lucky for us they cannot.  If they were bright enough to move were there is water, they might have jobs that dont consist of Hating America and shooting guns in the air.

Cultural relativism insists that those ideas are probably better than ours, if for no other reason than they're someone else's.  A weird philosophy, but not mine, or any other rational persons, but,
Really, we could learn from this example from an inspired culture.  Instead of sending aid to worldwide disasters; earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, we keep the money here and party!!!
