SPEAKERS FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT –AFRICA
INTRODUCTION
 The era of “speculative Buccaneer Capitalists”, has given way to “Economic Nationalists.” to spearhead this paradigm shift, a new class of individuals and groups must emerge. They are merchants and traders in the “intangibles” or “knowledge workers” they are SPEAKERS, the new catalyst that will power Entrepreneurial Empowerment for Development to meet our vision of belonging among the top 20 largest economies by the year 2020.

 To teach Business and leadership Skills for individual and organisational Empowerment towards National Economic Development.

 To raise 20,020 Business Leaders and Speakers by the year 2020 and beyond.

 To encourage the designing and implementation of good and far-sighted vision for national participation.
 To channel the resourcefulness of our youths to champion corporate strategy development.
 To discourage the youths’ sole-focus on ‘fast-deals’ and ‘contractocracy’.
 To redirect the youth to evolve policies and programmes for better governance
 To support the youth in their efforts to face the demands of leadership challenges.
 To preach the gospel of “Economic Nationalism” towards mass awareness for economic empowerment.
 To raise business leaders and speakers.
 To continually build a large pool of mentors in business leadership to connect to young, eager and energetic Entrepreneurs.

 Primary: Young School Leavers, Undergraduates, National Youth Corps Members
 Secondary: Graduates/ Young Entrepreneurs, youths in leadership positions
 Tertiary: Accomplished Mentors and established Entrepreneurs
