I just got back from a run.

As usual it put me in a very thoughtful mood and helped me figure a lot of things out.

I used to hate running with every fiber in my body...

Needless to say I don't anymore.

I love running.

It helps me to have time for just me.

That's something I don't usually do.

I don't mean that I'm never alone physically, but my mind is very rarely on me.

When I start to run the rythmic movement sharpens my mind.

It helps me think.

It seperates my body from my spirit in a way.

When I'm like that I can choose to either stop thinking about everything if I've just had it, or get in some serious thinking time.

Today I was thinking a lot about my sister, Morgan.

She recently got out of the hospital again, but is still pretty sick.

I feel bad for her...

Her mental and emotional dissabilities get in the way of her abilities to take care of herself physically.

She's going to go to go to a... um...

K, I just forgot what's it's called.

But you go and live somewhere else for a while and they moniter everything you do, and take care of you medically.

She's going to be there for about three weeks or more...

I started thinking about the difference between my mind and her's.

I tried to put myself in her position like so many other times before...

And like every other time, I couldn't do it.

I was an accident child and my mom once told me that the reason I was sent to this family is because God needs me to be her guardian angel.

She hates me asking what's going on with her, but our bond is so strong...

I don't think I've ever been in a more delicut situation.

I'm the one she leans on... I'm her protecter...

She needs me now more than ever and they're going to  take her away from me....

I've been praying a lot lately...

Praying and reading my scriptures.

It's helped me monumentally. I understand that this is something that needs to happen in her life now.

But we need more prayers.

She doesn't want our friends to know about this at all so I can't ask them for any help even though I'm certain they could do a lot.

I was hoping that my readers would say a prayer for her.

I would be so grateful... we all would.

Strange that I can figure things out and not have any idea how to describe what I've discovered.
