Ok, so this is kind of a random post but I definitely want to get this out there. Karly, Amber and I were all talking about it last night and it’s something that really really bugs me. But first I want to say that I respect anyone who is true to themselves and who they are...
Ok, so I seriously sometimes hate associating myself with dating the same sex because the community is so politically/stereo typically correct. (Which, why gender preference is at all political is still a wonder to me...but it is?) I hate the fact that most lesbians are butch and most gays are fem. What the hell? I am a female and I’d be surprised if anyone thought different. I like to shop, I like to do my hair, I like to paint my nails, I like to wear skirts, I like to wear tight shirts...blah blah, you get the idea. I am female and I like it that way. When I look for another girl to date, that is just what I am doing–looking for a GIRL. I don’t care if you have a vag under all those clothes, that’s so not even the point! If I wanted to date a butch girl I would rather find myself a man, so I do! Anyway, I just wanted to get that off my chest and if anyone has any opinions on it, please feel free to comment. Again, I appreciate and admire anyone who is true to themselves and if you fit into the butch and fem stereotype than that’s cool, but I just don’t get it.

that's true. i dont understand why girls do that to. when i look at girls to date them or that i find out likes me..i just think wtf. why would i date you or like you if i like GIRLS not girls like look like guys but have a vag and shit. =]
