How does this work for anyone?
I work full-time overnights and I get home around eight in the morning. With it being summer it is already warm and humid by the time I make it home. I usually go to sleep either after eating or a couple of wasted hours with the tely/internet . Sometimes i actually sleep in my bed, but because the sunlight comes blaring in my bedroom window, I often find myself passing out on my couch with the t.v. on. Getting a couple of hours of sleep at a time, getting up, eating, and going back to sleep is my common routine until its that bloody time to get dressed and drive to work. This repeats itself anywhere from three to five times a week. Sometimes I actually get out and get other things done, but not very often. By the time it is time to go home from work I can barely keep my eyes open to drive home safely. Soon school will start and with the work load I will be taking, my time will be pretty much taken up. Does anyone see the sense in why we do this day in and day out?

Sometimes I don't.

I feel like a walking zombie for almost 10 months out of every year. With school in session, it makes things nearly unbearable.

So why do we do it? Because if we don't, someone else will.

Stick with it no matter what and know that we all feel ya. At least I certainly do.
