If a fairy were drunk and decided to fly home could they get a ticket for flying under the influence?
I've always wondered. I mean i guess they could walk.
BUT
They have wings.
If i had wings i would use them.
IN fact, if i had wings, i wouldn't be sitting right now i would be hovering in the air.
Since the wings are attached to their body it's not a vehicle.
SO i say they wouldn't get a FUI.
and if they did how would they penalize them.
WOuld they make them dye their wings yellow so when you fly past them your mind screams "CAUTION"
PARTY WINGS!!!
OR would they just cut your wings off?
