i love that word, omgosh, its so MY word he he :) but thats not what i came here to write about. i actually came here to write yet another pathetic attempt as to why i have deserted my blog for a number of weeks now...
so it all started with my trip to america,
i came here to visit my dad and my brother, its been great here, and although it hasnt snowed yet, im hoping for a white christmas :) (i really am crossing my fingers, it gets pretty hard to type). its so much chepaer here, i've been shopping, literally every single day, i dont think you can comprehend that...EVERY SINGLE DAY! im not even exaggerating! we're not talking about going to some shop for an hour a two a day...every sinle day, i have had a full day of shopping!!! i mean, armed with my dads credit card, who wouldnt want to do that? its so cheap here! im in Ohio, its really different, they even eat different stuff here, and they sell gift cards at maccas! i mean seriously, who wants a gift card to maccas?
this year, for the first time ever, i have helped decorate the house for christmas and put little red bows everywhere and made a garland thing for the front door and put little fairy lights on the (real, live) tree!
my older brother got the cutest little kitten the other day and its running around the house dragging the bits of christmas decorations that shes broken into little peices...
and after christmas, my dad is taking me to New York for new years, which will be amazing
i'd love to say that im having the perfect christmas and a wonderful time because what i just typed realy sounds great, but the truth is that i hate the people im staying with. my dads partner, or wife or girlfreind or whoever she is, is manipulative and there is something wrong with everyone, and she gets angry at those who dont give her christmas cards (i guess she'll be angry at me then). my dad, for example, is so drab and boring that i took him to a movie tonight and when it finished, i said to him, oh do u want to go out for dinner or look around the shops or something and he says to me that he doesnt want to because its 7.30pm and its getting too late and we need to go home and eat dinner there..and he wasnt just trying to get out of being there, he actually thinks that being out at 7.30 is way to late for a man of his age. my brother wont leave his room, he also can't take to much of dad, and he's depressed and has chronic fatigue so he's not going to well.
but who am i to complain?
im in this wonderful country (although very cold and where everyone has annoying accents, and cares way too much about fast food and christmas) and im making the most of it...i really am, by shopping every dayyy :)
im having heaps of fun :) he he
i guess thats all, and thats yet another excuse for my absence from you guys...
so thats all and although both of these things break all the rules with political correctness, i shall say it anyway:
1. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
and
2. HO! HO! HO!

Hope you had a great Christmas and have an amazing time in NY on NYE.
Just one question - why would leave sunny hot QLD to go to a snowy USA? Guess to experience a white christmas.
