I love making lists. I am a list type of girl. I have a list for shopping (grocery, christmas, everyday), daily lists, lists of books I MUST buy, you name it I have a list for it. I thought I'd share this list.....
Every month I find new things that just make my day, week, or month. And these things I just can't get enough of or give enough praise. They are in no particular order.
1. Starbucks White Hot Chocolate....yummy. My aunt who is now living in Japan was the one who introduced me to them. In one day I had 3! Plus it really soothed my throat last week (I was deadly sick with the flu). If you haven't had one GO GET ONE RIGHT NOW!!
2. Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Pillow Mist - For the longest time I have always just sprinkled lavender scented baby powder between my mattress and fitted sheet to make my bed smell scrumptious. But these sprays are fantastic and they have more scents then Johnson & Johnson can provide. My fave has to be the Jasmine Vanilla. Its especially nice when you have a special someone coming over later. 
3. Johnathan Adler Designs for Barnes & Noble - I love it when high end designers have a line at a store I can actually afford. The little white vase if my favorite and the first thing I will buy myself AFTER the holidays.
4. BuyOlympia.com - This online store sells unique artist products. I already have the Sarah Utter designed T-Shirt with "Reading Is Sexy" emblazoned on it. I'm hoping to get this picture album for Christmas.
5. Zanisa.com - This site sells a lot of elegant handmade, nature themed products. I have the Buddha Bowls and I LOVE them. They are great for everything. I tend to use them as rice and soup bowls and when I need a REALLY large cup of coffee. I'm thinking of buying the Mistletoe Ornament for a gift.
6. Peter Thomas Roth Botanical Buffing Beads - It is the BEST facial scrub EVER. Most facial scrubs you can only use twice a week at the most but this one you can use daily. Plus it raises your PHbalance level for three minutes. That means whatever product you put on during those three minutes, it's working power is increased. So moisturizers, anti-aging products etc..all get a boost. I am ALWAYS getting complimented on my complection.
7. Across the Universe - I LOVE this movie. Everything is genius. I loved Julie Taymor's work in Frida and this movie cemented the fact that I want to be this woman when I grow up. The soundtrack is phenomenal. Its all Beatle songs covered by the actors in the movie. My favorite is I Wanna Hold your Hand sung by T.V. Carpio. I've never heard this song sung like this. Its more endearing and heartfelt.
Well I think that's my list for this month. Hopefully I've given you some gift ideas or at least encouraged you to try some new things. Till next time.
