Luna is my new Weimaraner puppy. She is a gift from my mother for my 26th puppy. With a mousey gray coat and steel blue eyes, she has become my second child (Second only to my actual son Tiger, no that's not his real name.)
I've had her for a full week of waking up to peed on tile floors, numerous bites and scratches, and worst of all her peeing in my bed with me still in it.
She was on born October 1 to my friend (who will now be known as RP)'s dog Athena. I wanted to name her Maggie May after my favorite Rod Stewart song. What better name than the name of a girl who devirginized Rod Stewart. But my mother insisted that I name her a greek name after her mother Athena. So after looking up numeros greek names I settled on Luna. I thought it was appropriate being that she was born the month of Halloween, her ghostly gray coat and her haunting blue eyes.
Now I know what you are thinking, "Eww, this is going to be a girl who is obsessed with her dog." No not at all. I'll just be obsessed with her for a while, or at least until she learns to do her business outside completely.
I am brand new to thoughts and with this being my first entry I thought I'd keep it short and sweet and completely not of me. I promise to post more scandalous entries in the future but for now please be happy with the rated G me. So I leave you with these thoughts of wisdom: Boys are like dogs, stupid until well trained...Just kidding.
