I'm trying (once again) to eat healthier, and to exercise more.
Well, I've been doing great the past few days exercising.
Worked out on the 6th (elliptical)
Skipped the 7th
Worked out on the 8th (elliptical)
Worked out today (elliptical and part of a 30 min workout DVD)
Small steps. But hey...I'm working on it.
Since I don't have work tomorrow, I've planned out my day:
Healthy breakfast
Morning workout
shower/change clothes/etc etc
Healthy Lunch
Grocery shopping for dinner
Healthy dinner
And in between the scheduled stuff, I'm going to begin the HUGE process that will be organizing and cleaning. I have so much stuff I need to throw out or put in a correct place. (Particularly with clothes).

Good luck with that last part:P But, Im turned on by your plan:) I need a sidekick like you to keep us both in line:P I dunno what a 6th or 8th elliptical means, though. I think its a stage of difficulty on a bike?

Haha yeah...I don't know how far I'll get organizing and cleaning. Baby steps.
The 6th/8th thing meant the day it was silly. Today's the 9th...of August. Make sense now?
Like I said...it's only been a few days. But I'm ok with that. You have to start somewhere.

Cool.You're right..You've got to start somewhere and you've already done that!:)
Organizing and cleaning!Whew...That'll be time consuming.. Better now than never though!:P
