 Fun times (mild cursing)
My trip was awesome. Really.

Here are the low points:
On the plane ride there, I was sitting next to a large man....and he took up some of my seat with his body. Seriously. We couldnt even get the armrest down between us. That sucked. I'm glad he didn't smell.

There were also two noisy kids in front of me. At one point, even the flight attendent told the parents that they needed to quiet down the children. They weren't just noisy at that point, they were screaming. One might have had mental issues. At one point, one of the children ran from the bathroom in the back of the plane back to his seat (about mid-plane). He bumped into me, and I wanted to trip him. I wish I had.

I had a great time staying with my friend....but at times she and her boyfriend argued in front of me and that made me feel really awkward. Towards the last day or so of my trip, she was just flat out being a bitch to him for no reason....I felt bad. From what I saw, he treats her very well.

Also: (and I really don't know how this happens without you realizing it) the night before I left, they ran out of toilet paper. Seriously. We had to use paper towels and just not flush them. She was embarrassed, so I just waved it off like it was no big deal....but uhm, hello? It's one of those pretty important things to have around the house.

I know I sound a little bitchy, but I'm ok with that.

Aside from that, I really had a nice time. Oh....and my allergies sucked....I think I might have been allergic to the pillow I slept on because every day I woke up and couldn't breathe out my nose.

(I really hope my friend doesn't stumble across this entry. I don't want her to feel bad)

About the seating problem: I also don't enjoy not being able to sit comfortably, especially on a long trip.

....is that a knock at me because I said I was sitting next to a large man?

it wasn't like I said "man, I was sitting next to this total fatty. He should have paid for two seats."

Additional comment:
Based on your post about eating 2 chocolate fudges and 3 little debbie cakes, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that yes, your comment was to try and make me feel bad for calling the man large.

I don't know why he's overweight. I don't care. It is his business. I'm not perfect either. I just said that it was uncomfortable for me that I had to be smashed up against my arm rest (and the isle, where the drink cart can hit me every time it comes past) because he is invading the space on my seat that I had to pay for.
