Hitler said "How fortunate for leaders that men do not think". I dont like Hitler, or anything he did, BUT that is one of the smartest things Ive ever heard.
No one can think for themselves. They always have to "fit in" or be told what to do.
I think everyone needs to be ruled over, because we all are. We crave it even when we say we dont.
We have a president, or a boss, or teacher or parent. All the time there is someone. And without someone always controlling us, we dont have any clue what to do.
My teacher asked "Do you think your surroundings effect your opinion?" I was the only one that didnt raise their hand. He asked why I hadnt. I dont believe anything I see unless I personally get involved in it someway. I dont listen to what others tell me to believe in. I have a lot of ideas and opinions that not a lot of people have. There is no name for my religion. There is no name for my political party.
So back to the Hitler thing... It is fortunate for leaders. People will just sit back and let leaders do what they want and complain about how bad things are. Why dont you stop being so lazy and take action?
Im not complaining anymore. Im too young to be so bothered by this already.
Im only 15 :]
Sooo I still have a long time to get angrier and rowdier. :]] Haha.

haha well put.
i love the people who VOTED for president Bush are now complaining about gas prices and terrorism. no shit? did you guys not realize that when he couldn't pronounce nuclear that he was slightly unhinged? did they really think some with an IQ of 27 could run our country?
i completely agree. people need to stop their moaning and make better, life changing decisions. if you have a problem with something, you shouldn't think to yourself "eh, oh well. it'll magically change all on its own". no, if you really cared, if it really impacted your life or the lives of those around you, you would think
"damn, i think it's time i did something about the world."

that's a bit of a different take, isn't it? italy is the most politically unstable country in europe, but it just keeps going along on it's own little path when there is a government or not...
