I need some ideas.
If anyone would like to give me some :]
Lately I have been too exhausted to function.
Ive tried drinking coffee, and Ive been TRYING to get as much sleep as I can.
Ive tried avoiding activities that make me tired. But I still am.
All the time and its making it hard to do anything.
Sooo
What can I do to wake up?
=/ Because I have stuff to do, but no energy to do it.

You know...I've been exactly the same, just this past week. It's most unlike me, cause usually I only need four hours or so sleep a night. Of course, the one night this week I decided to go to be earlier than usual, I got woken by an earthquake, no less!
I've found myself exhausted at all sorts of times of the day, and I've got no college work done. I have decided to give myself a day to just sleep in, and sleep and sleep and sleep until I'm all 'sleeped out'
it might be simply that you need to set yourself a rountine, so that your body learns when you need to be awake and when its time to sleep.
I dunno if that makes sense...(its 1.18am over here and I'm exhausted!) but I hope it makes a bit of sense! xxx :-) xxx

I know it's lame and it sucks but working out or doing some sort of activity will help. (I have super mad sleep problems.) Benadryl also help and is non habit forming.

Try writing right before you go to bed.
Like start a journal or something :)
It clears your head and makes it alot easier to get the all-needed shut eye!

i swear by monster energy drinks,and liquid,b vitamin drops,also exercise in the omrinig read at night
