Okay, we all know that I like to write. Clearly not something I would ever consider doing as my main source of income but I enjoy doing it for fun. It is challenging to tap into different characters and write from different view points on various things. From my first round of posts on the topic "HER" I have had a lot of notes left saying that that topic alone made very good reading material. Many said that they looked forward to those postings. Many have been disappointed to find out that a lot of my previous post were many creative writing peices. I clearly tapped into the character I was writing about I guess that is what made it seem life like. And the fact that I included some of those things into my random thoughts post. I use my blog mainly as archive for my thoughts. At some point I would very much like to compile a book, just to say I did it. So a lot of times ideas come to mind and I just write. With the blog it makes it easy to compile all your thoughts in one central place. I am a computer dependent person, I am not one for keeping a lot of things on paper. So my initial postings were just that a foundation to let my creative juices flow. The blog allows me to combine real life, and my creative ramblings. It's bad when I have my actual friends reading my blogs and they get confused with reality from creative writing. I guess I could take it as a sign that I might be a good writer. I guess that is what my English teacher in High School called convincing the audience.
Even with the change in style in blogging, I will continue with my creative endeavors but more so focus on giving you all the real me. I will direct you to links to my personal writings (the creative HER stuff) as I contribute more to that topic.
