For the last year I have been photographing the musicians in the train station of NYC and finding theme to be a delight to shoot.
I have many more that I will be showing on my blog and would like feedback on with you think or any suggestion or of any musicians that you see that in your travel in the subway in NYC.
Tell me the station and what time you have seen them and I will go and see if i can find them also.

In 2002 I was in Paris for a couple of days & I stopped in the metro to listen to an excellent accordian player. He played some Bach organ works beautifully. I stood close to the wall & listen as people hurried past. A year or so later I saw an SBS documentary on TV called "Paris DownUnder" about Australians in living Paris. When I heard the accordian player in the metro I thought, 'yes I watched him play, he was excellent,' & there I was standing close to the wall listening. I sent away to the film-maker, Richard Snashall asking if I could buy his dvd & I told him that it was me in the background. He not only sent me the movie as it went to air but he also included all the footage of me in the background as a clip at the end. Susan Egan, daughter of friends who live close to us is living in Paris. She's a dancer @ Moulin Rouge.
