| June 23 - Happy Birthday Sisters! (Day 39)

Hello,
Well today my twin sisters, Glenda (Minnie) and Belinda (Red) turn.............well let's just say it's their birthday cause I don't want to get a beat down when I go home! (lol) Happy birthday sisters and I love you dearly. I hope your day was as special to you as you are to me. I'm sorry I couldn't be there to share it with you, but I'll see you both soon and we can go out and stuff our faces some place up in Michigan. GET READY cause it's on and POPPIN when I get to Flint. I'm not worrying losing ANYTHING! Well...mom has a treadmill that I can use while I'm there so I'm pretty much covered and I can eat whatever the HELL I soul desire.
After work today, I went to the gym to work out. I didn't do much with the weights today because I wanted to get out at a decent hour so that I could go and buy me some fruit at the Farmers Market. I did some leg curls and walked the treadmill for 3 miles and burned 700 big ones (Calories). There was a lady walking on a treadmill in front of me who reminded me of me many moons ago. Well not that long ago..maybe about 2 months ago when I tipped the scale at 200 +++! I smiled at her as she struggled to walk 30 minutes without passing out. I feel her pain because I too was there and I wanted so bad to encourage her to keep going! She just couldn't do it so she walked away. I on the other hand wanted SO badly to just walk 1.5 miles and call it a night, but my determination kept me going. Not to mention the fact that the trainer was watchin! So I closed my eyes and daydreamed. I dreamed of my face on Halle Berry's body! (lol) I know that sounds crazy, but you gotta do what you gotta do to make it happen! I'll be wearing Halle's clothes next year...just watch! So..I finished my walk, ran to the Farmers Market and home. I had to catch up on my journals because I was a week behind and my memory is not as sharp as it used to be. It took a while for me to remember what I had ate and what I had done today. Anyway...now you know what I did, below is what I ate. NITERS!!
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: 2 small spring rolls and 2 small chicken tenders (Left over from Friday lunch)
Dinner: A smoothie and lots of water
Desert: 2 small blocks of Hershey Bar and an orange
