Do you all agree with me that love and marriage is supposed to go hand in hand. It is supposed to be so simple! Well why isn't it? Life is not simple and love surely isn't. God will appoint someone to you during the course of your life all in good favor but He leaves it up to YOU to keep the relationship good and to keep that person in love with you. Do not take love for granted! If someone gives you a plant, you know that it will die if you don't water it and feed it. If you are given a diamond, of course you know it won't shine unless you keep it clean and take care of it. The same applies to love. When you have it,  it won't stay or grow unless you nurture it and unless you are true to it and don't take it for granted. 

Someimes it takes some of us a HELL of a long time to realize what REAL love is. Some of us think we have it and we really don't. Some of us have it and just are too damn stupid to realize it. We want the Porsche that is zooming down the road instead of the reliable transporation we have at home, which we don't have to put money into because it's OURS and it's paid for! We want an elaborate steak dinner because just because we THINK it's "free" even though we have a refridgerator FULL of meat at home that can fill us up for a whole week! Do you get the picture? I guess the place where I am going with all this is, it take some of us longer to realize real love even when we try so hard all the time to resist it. If you have listened to the lyrics in my song that that first played when you logged on, I'm sure that you got where I was coming from with this passage. This song was sung from my heart. It was sung from experience. I sing to the world through my songs so that I can share my experiences as they may be living testimonial guides to someone somehow down the road in life. If me and my husband can GET IT RIGHT after 9 years of a rocky marriage, anyone can! Don't let the devil convince you that divorce is the only way out of a bad marriage. The only way out of a bad marriage is to MAKE it good! Have faith and hold on! You too can get it right!
