Sorry, I went out again last night. I know this is what's keeping the weight on me but I've got exams coming up and once I'm no longer in halls I know I won't go out again until people return to Bangor. Whether I'm living there or not.
Day 8
Bowl of Strawberry clusters with skimmed milk.
Brie, spinach and grape sandwich, brown seeded bread and low-fat spread.
Banana.
Yoghurt.
Two crumpets with cheese.
Had been sitting outside all afternoon with Jeeves and diet lemonade, not too sure how much I ended up drinking.
Walked to Rascals, pub up the other hill and hade a few drinks. Probably full of sugar.
Went to Time and did some dancing.
Came home, ate another bowl of cereal and I think I ate some nachos too.
Day 9
For lunch I had a rye bread sandwich with cheese, spinach and grapes. A handful of nachos and a banana.
An apple for a snack.
I then walked into town with a friend, went down the high street and came back.
For tea I had noodles, mixed vegetables and tofu.
I've had a cup of herbal tea and another ordinary tea.
I've only drunk about a litre and a half of water though. I've been working all day and I'm happy to say my portfolio is now going quite well. Hoorah!
