Day 10
Bowl of fruit musali with half skimmed and half semi-skimmed milk.
Exercises; 30 arm overs each way, 30 toe touches, 20 leg lifts each way, 10 sit ups and 60 body twists.
Went into town for a couple of hours.
For tea I had noodles with mixed vegetables and beef style pieces.
I only drank 1 litre of water over the day.
Went out clubbing.
Walked home.
Admittedly most of this day’s alcohol content went down the sink...
Day 11
Obviously was feeling delicate from the night before and started the afternoon with a cup of tea, followed by a cup-a-soup.
Two small pieces of cheese.
Cup of fruit tea.
One small apple.
Two crumpets with low-fat spread.
Pasta with mixed vegetables.
Stock-cube drink
Exercises; 30 arm overs each way, 40 toe touches, 20 leg lifts each way, 20 sit-ups and 60 body twists.
Had 1.5 litres of water.
I managed to complete my portfolio today and must get up early to hand it in.
