| I think I may have figured it out

Well when you are up at 4 am and need to get your mind of the anxiety what do you do? Surf the internet. After googling a couple of things I think I may have found the culprit to my anxiety.
PPMD. Its a severe form of PMS. I came across a website explaining the symptoms and I had several of them. Anxiety and panic attacks were 2 of the symptoms plus several other things I have been battling. There is no real known cause for it and little treatment. Alot of the treatment is changing the way you eat, no sugar, lots of fruit and veggies, no caffeine, or alcohol. Get exercise, take a multi vitamin plus a calcium supplement. They sometimes but women of antidepressants or birth control pills to help.
Well I am going to try the diet change and exercise and start taking vitamins to see if that helps.
Yesterday I had a large coke from McDonalds and a can of Mountain Dew, I am almost certain that the caffenine contributed to the anxiety attack.
I believe God led me to that info and will help me overcome this.
I had prayed that God would help me lose weight. I have been wanting to for years but never really tried. Maybe this is his way of nudging me to do it. I need to do it now. For my hormones, blood pressure, Cholesterol, and to get my life back. I can do this.

I know you can do this........Just trust God again with everything....I mean everything...Food, thoughts, emotions, and anxiety attacks too......Bless you hon, and Have a great new year for the new you!!!!!
