SELECTIVE PROSECUTION
We have so many laws in this country that we can’t walk to the store with out breaking some kind of a law.  I don't know why they keep passing them because we can’t even prosecute people now because our courts are so packed and if somehow they were convicted there’s no place to put them because our jails are all full.
I am writing this now, although they’ve already passed hundreds of laws for years, because they are presently starting to prosecute people for certain crimes while others who have commited the same "crime" are getting off free – that’s selective prosecute. When the government decides just who they go after and who they leave alone when both have commited the same offense then that’s big time trouble.
This makes Nixon’s enemies list look like small potatoes and fighting them in court along with their useful idiots (the ridiculous excuse we have for a media) is like six-year olds playing T-ball at Yankee Stadium against the New York Yankees.
The government went after Marion Jones for illegal steroid use. Well, what about everyone else? Why is she so special (or rather not so special). It seems, however, Barry Bonds is also in the same boat as her. I can tell you for a fact that I’m no Barry Bonds fan but he’s no different from many, many others. The Congress and our judges are mad at him for “lying” to them about his steroid use. Isn’t that a lot like a serial killer being mad at a J-walker and wanting him to be prosecuted?
Of course there’s Michael Vick being sent to jail for abusing dogs. Hey, I like dogs as much as anyone (probably more) and don’t want to see any dog abused but those dogs’ own mother wouldn’t show any affection to them even if they were forced into some kind of a group hug.
Here’s what I can’t figure out. Why are they singling out Marion jones, Barry Bonds, and Michael Vick? What separates them from everyone else? I know many will say it’s because they are black but that’s not totally it. It’s got to be something more but I don’t know what– someone help me out on this one. OK?

Other people get prosecuted for the same things all the time, we just don't har about it because those other people are not famous.

That is a factor that I didn't consider but there's got to more people who are famous and they are somehow over looked. I am convinced of this but still can't figure out what's the common factor that triggers the prosecution.
