So yesterday I began my morning dark and early at 4AM. Linda did my hair for debate and then we were off. Got to School at 6AM, Linda, Juliette, and I were the last ones to arrive lol. On the way there in the van we all played 20 questions. Answers included: Tree, Tea, The Universe, Nascar, Orange Pie, and a couple random people/things that Jack came up with. It was fun. We were the first school in the cafeteria and we claimed a table. Postings for round 1 went up about 40 minutes later. They put the LDers at lunch tables outside. I was fortunate enough to get a table in the shade, but I was attacked by bees.
We went through all six rounds by 4:30 and I had to leave before awards for band. So Pielstick told me what place I got. I went 6-0 undefeated and won the tournament!!!! It was sooooooo fantastic. I jumped up and down screaming when Pielstick gave me my medal. It had to be one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.
After, I had mine and my brother's friends drive me to band. We made it with plenty of time (Contrary to my fears) and I managed to get dinkles and black socks, which I had forgotten to bring. But it all worked out well. We took first in all spots in band. It was a good night. I am just dead now :)
