Eight years ago, There were 2 females that lived in 2 different places of Texas. Both females had 2 things in common being mothers and and strong love for the man pole. One female was 23 while the other was 36. I really don't know the reason why the both of them chose to ignore the statistic of world for black women like us and different things will alter not just your life but others around you.
As time progressed, the younger female developed cervical cancer after her 3rd child. She started experiencing shortness of breathe and it was so bad that one time she had to dispatch EMT service. Family members telling her that something is wrong and urges her to get the proper care. It fell on deaf ears. All the acts of concerns and expression of words never faze her. She kept on going and doing what she did.
The older female was going through a divorce because husband discovered his wife unfaithfulness which resulted in a child not belonging to the husband. People told her to slow down and check her light bulb. Words fell on deaf ears. She continued to run through men like a coke fiend discovering a free supply of coke.
Younger female fell a victim of a brain aneurysm and received the news that her days where numbered here.
Older female's new husband told her that he was dying slowly.
I knew that time sort of stood still for them then a sense a of urgency fell upon them. Their loved ones...... how does on tell their loves that they are dying slowing their own immune system has become a weapon against their body? Their children....... especially their children ......how does a parent tell a child that mommy or daddy will not be here on those special moments?
Both funerals were sad for some of the children involved asked the question out loud Why isn't Mommie getting up? Doesn't she know that we are here? Tears became ponds which turned into rivers that gave birth to oceans.
I hear different comments about people should not be crying because they got what they deserve. I shake my head in disgust because it's a hypocritical statement and disrespect to the children. I never really understood why so many tend to get on their high horses or magnify their snobbish attitude without fully understanding the whole story from beginning to the end. Their minds begins to open only when these type of situations happen them or their love ones. It is a very hard thing to literally just sit your love one slowly waste away from different poisons in the body.
What about the little babies that yield to death because their little bodies can't fight off the poison? What about all the innocent ones that needed life and become poison in the process? Did these souls get what they deserve as well?
Who are these Hypocrites? What makes them think they are above a Higher Power?
Today in church, I heard the most heartbreaking story. I cried because of whom it involved and what they had to got through. Such a long and hard journey for anyone of any age to go through.
This young woman who has made some bad choices in life received her death sentence today.I look in her face and see so many others like her.Ingorant ones stop , gawk at her like she was some display for a freak show, whispering and pointing.
Regardless of the past transgressions, she still needs to know she has people in her corner. People talk about me because I make a point to always hug her and talk with her when she is well enough for company. I don't care and she knows that I don't what these supposedly good Christians say. I have dared anyone of them to say something to me but of course being the cowards that they are......they chose to remain silent.
I help in any way I can and I wish that I could do more for her. The changes that this poison takes your body through are unspeakable. I always fix up her face and what little hair she has left before she enters the main sanctuary. I want her to see how beautiful she still is even with all her health issues. Her mother always cry every time she comes out and show her new look. My reward is to see her eyes sparkle like stars and flashing her famous trillion dollar smile.
That is all I want to see is her being herself and not carrying around the weight of her knowing when she is going to die.
She will never see her daughter grow into a beautiful woman that she is destined to be nor will she see her grandchildren. This is her fate and she has accepted it with open arms. Although sometimes, I am sure she wishes that people would stop judging her and get to know her as person who she is ........not by the transgressions that she has done.
I don't think the sermons are being heard about who has the right to cast the first stone. Do you ?
One love
