| Sum of my day |
|
Well it's been a pretty good day. It's not been awful, but it's not been great. My date last night went really well. "Iron Man" was an AMAZING movie! I completely loved it, and I thought it was going to be a guy movie. I would definetely see it again. My best friend Jerrod tagged along, so it was a little more like a three person date instead of just Justin and I. Although it wasn't as romantic as I wanted it to be, it was pretty good. After the movie we went to Pagli's [local pizza place] it was pretty good.
I have to figure out my work schedule today. Basically, I have to go in and talk to my boss [the one I am scared of] and tell him that I need like four days off [not in a row] and I get to see him blow up, fire me, or be okay with it [the third choice is not likely by the way]. If I have to quit I guess I will have to quit, because I can't miss any of the things I am requesting off.
So, I know it's not my problem, but it's Justin's, so it's basically mine. Justin is a Marine and he has to get two people to join under him to get his PFC [Private First Class, it's basically a promotion]. We thought my friend was going to join, but she punked out, and now he has a guy named Ryan that is pretty interested in joining. Well, I over heard my friend Jesse [Who is in the National Guard] talking to Ryan about going to a National Guard thing this weekend, and I have to admit that I"m pretty upset about it. Jesse has been trying since her heard about Ryan's interest in the Marine Corps to get him to change his mind and join the Guard. I know that they are both branches of the Military, and that it doesn't really matter which one he joins, but I know that Justin really wants to get promoted before he starts boot camp. I'm a little upset at Jesse, and I don't know if that is crazy. Is that crazy? I guess Justin will figure it out, I don't really want to get in to the middle of it. I feel like I'm in a gang war [lol[!
Well anyway, enough about that. I heard the biggest load of crap on the radio today. I was listening to a talk show [and for the life of me I can not remember what station it was], but they had on this "Psychic" saying that she could "feel" the earthquakes before they happened. It was pretty much the most retarded thing I have ever heard. Well, I'm done ranting...thanks for listening.
